The Subclass 870 Sponsored Parent Visa allows parents to visit their children in Australia for a longer stay, without meeting the balance-of-family test.
Eligibility
• Must have an approved parent sponsor.
• Do not need to meet balance-of-family test.
• Must be outside Australia at time of application (unless otherwise allowed).
• Meet health and character requirements.
