300 (Prospective Spouse (Finance)) Visa
The Prospective Marriage Visa (Subclass 300) allows individuals engaged to an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to come to Australia, marry their partner, and then apply for a Partner Visa (820/801).
This visa is perfect for couples who are not yet married but plan to marry in Australia.
