155 (Resident Return) Visa

Eligibility
Applicants must:
• Be an Australian permanent resident, a former permanent resident, or a former Australian citizen who lost citizenship.
• Meet residency requirements:
   ○ Have lived in Australia for at least 2 years in the last 5 years as a permanent resident or citizen, OR
   ○ Show substantial ties of benefit to Australia (business, cultural, employment, or personal).
• Meet character requirements.
• Must not have had:
   ○ A business skills visa cancelled, OR
   ○ A visa cancelled/refused on certain grounds.
