Condition:
OSL must purchase a mandatory Eligibility Report for each client from the designated F4MG Service Provider (FBP) before commencing their client’s application, as no pre-eligibility legal support is included under this model. Clients without a completed Eligibility Report will not be accepted by F4MG or the Service Provider (FBP).
