Subclass 101Child Visa
Permanent visa for dependent children of Australian citizens applying from outside Australia.
Overview
The Subclass 101 Child Visa is a permanent offshore visa for children who are dependent on an Australian citizen and are applying from outside Australia. It allows the child to live, study, and work in Australia permanently.
The child must be under 18 years old, or between 18–25 and a full-time student, or over 18 and unable to work due to a total and permanent incapacity. The Australian citizen parent (or their partner) must be the sponsor.
F4MG helps families navigate the child visa requirements, especially in complex situations such as adoption, separated families, or where legal guardianship arrangements need to be documented.
