Subclass 115Remaining Relative Visa
Permanent offshore visa for the last remaining relative of an Australian citizen or permanent resident — when all other close relatives live in Australia.
Overview
The Subclass 115 Remaining Relative Visa is a permanent visa for people who are the last remaining close relative of an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen. It applies when all other near relatives of the applicant or their partner already live in Australia.
The definition of 'near relative' includes parents, brothers, sisters, and children. The visa is offshore (applied from outside Australia) and has a very long processing queue, similar to the non-contributory parent visas.
F4MG assists applicants in demonstrating the 'remaining relative' criterion through careful documentation of all family member locations.
