Subclass 300Prospective Marriage Visa
Enter Australia to marry your fiancé(e) — an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible NZ citizen — and then apply for a partner visa.
Overview
The Subclass 300 Prospective Marriage Visa allows you to travel to Australia to marry your fiancé(e), an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen. The visa is valid for 9 months and you must marry within that period.
Once married, you can then apply for the Subclass 820 onshore partner visa to remain in Australia permanently. The 300 visa does not guarantee permanent residency. You must apply for the partner visa separately after marriage.
F4MG assists with both the 300 Prospective Marriage Visa application and the subsequent 820 onshore partner visa application to ensure a smooth pathway to permanent residency.
