Service Scope & Validity Period

NLJ’s administrative services commence upon successful registration and payment by the job seeker. The job facilitation process is valid for a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of submission of the first job application made by NLJ on behalf of the job seeker. NLJ’s administrative services conclude automatically at the end of the 12-week period, unless extended through a new agreement and additional payment. The job seeker can do Unlimited reapplications until they land the job they want.

Reapplication Policy

If the job seeker does not receive a positive outcome within the 12-week validity or chooses not to accept a job offer, they may reapply for job facilitation services in either the same or another Australian city. Each reapplication is subject to a new service agreement and additional service fees. Job seekers may reapply an unlimited number of times until they secure employment aligned with their preferences, provided payment terms are met.

Optional Add-On Services (Charged Separately)

All add-on services must be pre-booked, invoiced, and paid in advance. Upon request and at an additional cost, the following value-added services can be offered:

  • Interview Coaching & Training – Job interview preparation with Australian market insights.
  • Australian Bank Account Setup – Opening an Australian bank account post-visa grant.
  • ABN & TFN Application Assistance – Help in obtaining an Australian Business Number (ABN) and Tax File Number (TFN) after visa approval.

All hiring decisions, including interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and contract terms, are made solely by the prospective employer.
