  • 188A (Business Innovation Stream) Visa – The Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 188A) in the Business Innovation Stream allows skilled business individuals to operate a business in Australia for up to 5 years, with eligible family members. To apply, one must submit an Expression of Interest, be nominated by an Australian state or territory, and receive an invitation. Criteria include being under 55, scoring at least 65 on the points test, owning assets, having a successful business career, demonstrating English proficiency, and no history of unacceptable activities.   • 888A (Business Innovation Stream) Visa – The Subclass 888A (Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent)) Visa (Business Innovation Stream) allows holders of the Subclass 188 Provisional Visa (Business Innovation or Business Innovation (Extension stream)), Subclass 444 (Special Category) Visa, or certain Subclass 457 (Business (Long Stay) Visa holders to stay permanently in Australia. Eligible applicants must meet criteria such as holding a qualifying visa, receiving a current nomination from a state or territory government agency, owning and managing an Australian business, and having an annual business turnover of a minimum of AUD300,000 in the 12 months immediately before the application was made, fulfilling residence, assets, and employee requirements.
