Visitor Visa (Subclass 600)
The Visitor Visa (Subclass 600) allows individuals to visit Australia for tourism, business, or family purposes for 3, 6, or 12 months. It includes various streams tailored to specific needs: the Tourist Stream (for tourists applying inside or outside Australia), the Business Visitor Stream (for short-term business activities excluding direct sales to the public), the Approved Destination Status Stream (for Chinese citizens from select regions on approved tours), the Frequent Traveller Stream (for eligible Chinese citizens with a multiple-entry visa valid up to 10 years), and the Sponsored Family Stream (for individuals sponsored by family members, permitting stays of up to 12 months).
ETA (Subclass 601)
The Electronic Travel Authority or ETA (Subclass 601) is a visa pathway for individuals from eligible countries who are visiting Australia for tourism purposes or business-related activities. It allows multiple entries within 12 months, with a maximum stay of 3 months at a time. The same ETA application cannot include family members.
eVisitor (Subclass 651)
Individuals from eligible countries can avail of the eVisitor Visa (Subclass 651) and travel to Australia for tourism, visiting family, or business-visitor activities. The visa allows a stay of up to 3 months for 12 months. It is a multiple-entry visa and must be applied for when individuals are outside Australia.
Working Holiday Visa (Subclass 417)
The Working Holiday Visa (Subclass 417) is for individuals aged 18 to 30 from eligible countries, allowing them to travel and work in Australia for up to 12 months. The visa includes three tiers: First, Second, and Third Working Holiday Visas. Applicants can work in temporary or casual jobs to support their stay, but dependent children cannot accompany them.
Transit Visa (Subclass 771)

The Transit Visa (Subclass 771) is for travelers transiting through Australia within 72 hours or joining a ship crew within five days with a Maritime Crew Visa (Subclass 988). Those eligible for an ETA, eVisitor, or Visitor Visa may not need this visa.
