1. Real Estate Investment (Most Popular)
- From €250,000: Purchase residential or commercial property – for conversion into residential use (single or multiple units).
- €400,000: Single property of at least 120 sqm.
- €800,000: Property in Athens, Thessaloniki, or larger islands.
2. Business Investment

3. Other Qualifying Options

- to a Greek-based public real estate investment company, mutual fund, or business increasing share capital or issuing bonds listed in Greek financial markets
- towards the purchase Greek government bonds, with a minimum remaining maturity of three years, through a Greek financial institution.
- Buy shares, corporate bonds, or government bonds listed on regulated Greek markets, with a minimum investment of €800,000.
- Invest at least €350,000 in a mutual or alternative investment fund that solely targets Greek-based financial instruments or assets.
