Qualifications Australia (QA) is about the skills and knowledge an individual has accumulated through their jobs, work and life experiences. For example, working in an office could assist in receiving a Certificate in Business Administration. Working as a Patisserie Cook/Chef or a kitchen Chef can help obtain a Certificate in Patisserie or Commercial Cookery.
