In the event of proven misconduct, breach of operational process, or misrepresentation by the Franchise, the Client fully understands and agrees that such conduct is entirely attributable to the Franchise. Under no circumstance shall IBA Partner, F4MG, or any affiliated Service Provider be held liable or responsible.
