F4MG and/or any of their authorised Service Providers have no involvement, oversight, or control over the fees charged by any Joint Venture Partner. As such, they assume no liability or responsibility for the financial terms, pricing, or transactions agreed upon between the Client and the Joint Venture Partner. The relationship and financial transaction between the Client and the Joint Venture Partner is considered entirely independent and private. Any monetary dealings, disputes, or claims arising from such arrangements are to be resolved solely between the Client and the Joint Venture Partner, without recourse to IBA Partner, F4MG, or their Service Providers. In the event of proven misconduct, breach of operational process, or misrepresentation by the Joint Venture Partner, the Client fully understands and agrees that such conduct is entirely attributable to the Joint Venture Partner. Under no circumstance shall IBA Partner, F4MG, or any affiliated Service Provider be held liable or responsible.
